By accessing or using the Dialect Challenge website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

2. About the Service

Dialect Challenge is an Arabic dialect word-game available as a mobile application and physical card game, developed and operated by Joypix Software Design W.L.L., a company registered in Doha, Qatar. The Service includes the landing page at dialectchallenge.com, the mobile app, and associated waitlist and contact features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Waitlist & Communications

By joining our waitlist, you consent to receive email communications regarding product launches, updates, and related announcements from Joypix Software Design W.L.L. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. We will not sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to the Dialect Challenge name, logo, game mechanics, illustrations, card designs, Arabic phrase content, and software — is the exclusive property of Joypix Software Design W.L.L. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
